Day 25 Report.

Consumption: 708 kcal, 77g carbs, 26g fat, 41g protein.

Activia Fat-Free peach yoghurt.

Activia fat-free strawberry yoghurt.

2 Tesco frozen breaded chicken fillets. 

tbsp lighter than light mayo/tiny bit of reduced salt/sugar tomato sauce.

Punnet of strawberries. 

Exercise:

Walk from exam to Butler then from Butler to home. 

Feeling:

GREAT that exams are over. Bad that I think I’ve failed at least 1, possibility of 2. Rubbish that I’m so tired I’m not even going out. Great that I had an amazing massage at Saks. Great that I’m tidying my room. Great that I’m going home tomorrow for the weekend! :)

So that’s Wednesday April 25th, Thursday April 26th (Exam 4), Friday April 27th, Saturday April 28th (Exam 5/Last exam).

Went home for a few days after exams.

Thought I’d have gained a ton after I ate so much crap!

Just weighed myself, 137.0/9st 11. 

How have I lost?!

Just done my post-exams horrifying weigh in…

139.6 lbs.

That is absolutely not what I expected.

For 1, it’s night, and I normally weigh myself in the morning when I’m lighter.

And all I’ve done is eat crap over exams, so that’s not too much gain! :D

My friend is 7st 6 and technically underweight since she’s lost a lot.
